Experience

I chose a relatively everyday service as the focus of this project, which made it easier for me to understand the purpose of the design. When I first started designing, I had trouble identifying specific tasks to tackle, so I began observing my daily routines. Public transportation is one of the travel options available to the general public, and it’s also one of my primary modes of transportation. Riding free buses is a form of social welfare service; it allows people to choose not to drive and provides excellent transportation options for those without driver’s licenses, which makes me very happy.
